peter de la perrelle - managing director
Peter joined Tower Hotel Management in 2008 as Director of Hotels for the newly formed Peel Leisure Division becoming Managing Director in March 2011. Peter will spearhead Tower Hotel Management's growth in to the Management Contract sector as well as being responsible for overseeing Peel's existing hotel operations and future development hotel opportunities on Peel's wide-ranging land assets.
Before joining The Peel Group, Peter worked as a consultant with Vision Hospitality Asset Management in London advising on performance and investment for several very large UK hotel portfolios.
Prior to this, he was based in Paris for six years as the European Finance Director for Singapore-based Ascott Hospitality.
In a career spanning several decades Peter has had senior executive positions with Accor, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Sheraton.
teresa hatton - operations director
Teresa joined Tower Hotel Management in 2009 as Operations Director. With vast experience in opening and operating hotels across various brands including IHG, Marriott, Hilton and Wyndham. A graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management and Acorn Winner.

NICOLE CROSBY - head of finance - tower hotel management
Nicole joined Tower Hotel Management in 2015, working across several divisions within the Peel portfolio before becoming Head of Hotel Finance for Tower Hotel Management.
donna early - cluster sales manager
Donna joined Tower Hotel Management in 2017 as Cluster Sales Manager; previous to this working with Hilton.

JAMES RICHARDSON - GENERAL MANAGER
Joining Tower Hotel Management in 2015, James manages the Ramada Encore Doncaster. Before this he worked for Forte and IHG brands.
SAMANTHA STREFFORD-GENERAL MANAGER
General Manager for the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Before joining, Samantha worked with international brands of Hilton and IHG.
alice ng - general manager
Alice joined in 2019 and is General Manager at the Holiday Inn Manchester-MediaCityUK. Prior to this Alice was General Manager at Holiday Inn Newcastle-Jesmond and has over 25 years of hospitality experience.
scott randall -general manager
Scott has 30 years of industry experience within international brands, recently opening the Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire.
joanne agar - general manager
Joanne joined Tower Hotel Management in 2013 and manages the Holiday Inn Express Manchester-TRAFFORDCITY.
hannah mcloughlin -group reservations manager
Hannah joined Tower Hotel Management in 2012 and plays a central role in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and the brands, implementing and managing pricing strategy whilst working directly with the hotel teams.
