peter de la perrelle - managing director
Peter joined Tower Hotel Management in 2008 as Director of Hotels for the newly formed Peel Leisure Division becoming Managing Director in March 2011. Peter will spearhead Tower Hotel Management's growth in to the Management Contract sector as well as being responsible for overseeing Peel's existing hotel operations and future development hotel opportunities on Peel's wide-ranging land assets.
Before joining The Peel Group, Peter worked as a consultant with Vision Hospitality Asset Management in London advising on performance and investment for several very large UK hotel portfolios.
Prior to this, he was based in Paris for six years as the European Finance Director for Singapore-based Ascott Hospitality.
In a career spanning several decades Peter has had senior executive positions with Accor, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Sheraton.
teresa hatton - operations director
Teresa joined The Peel Group in 2009 as General Manager of the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport, since then she has opened and managed the Holiday Inn Manchester-MediaCityUK, with appointment to Operations Director for Tower Hotel Management in 2011, overseeing the day to day management of the group’s hotel operations.
Prior to joining The Peel Group, Teresa was the Operations Director of morethanhotels, a franchisee of IHG which owned and operated 13 Express by Holiday Inn hotels. A graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management and Acorn Winner, Teresa has over 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry.

SIMON BULLOUGH - DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Simon joined Tower Hotel Management in 2018 to focus on expanding its growing portfolio of hotel contracts across the UK.
Simon brings more than 30 years’ experience in the hotel industry, over half of which was spent in development roles with Best Western Hotels and Choice Hotels Europe, where he was responsible for increasing brand representation in the UK.

alison tennant - marketing director
Alison is the Group Marketing Director and has been employed with The Peel Group for over twelve years.
Alison is responsible for marketing strategies across various divisions including delivering business to consumer strategies across Peel Outlets Division, and business to business strategies primarily within the Land & Property Division.
Alison has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
JOHN ARMITAGE - IT DIRECTOR
John joined The Peel Group in 2011 as Group IT Director and has over 27 years' experience in hands on and strategic roles, across a diverse range of large corporate and blue chip companies.
Responsible for leading The Peel Group's IT strategy and overall management of IT operations and services, John's role find solutions that are fit for purpose and have a positive impact on Tower Hotel Management and The Peel Group of businesses.
These initiatives include improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology, creating technology models for delivering new services application tool kits, promoting self service capabilities, and leading strategic initiatives to transform the use of technology that is flexible, adaptable and responsive to all current and future business needs.
carrie westwell - hr director
Carrie joined Peel in 2013 as HR Manager and works across The Peel Group, implementing HR strategy and recruitment processes.
Prior to joining Peel, Carrie worked at Kellogg's for five years, supporting a variety of leadership teams and directors across a number of functions including working with both the European Supply Chain and Research and Technology functions based across Europe and Russia.
Carrie has also worked as HR Officer for Q Park at its head office in Leeds, working nationally supporting line manager development and HR process and policy. Carrie was also HR Business Partner for Comet, covering 30 stores across the North of England supporting line managers and proving training.
Matthew Colton - Financial Controller – Land & Property
Matthew joined Peel in May 2008 as Financial Controller, working across a number of divisions within Peel including Tower Hotel Management. Matthew's key responsibilities include the management of all the financial aspects of those divisions.
Prior to joining Peel, Matthew was Group Financial Accountant at JD Sports Fashion plc for 4 years.
Matthew is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in 2000 with Horwath Clark Whitehill and subsequently had 3 years in Audit with KPMG.
